Price check on gold bone staff

I need a price for the following:

Defensive bone staff of blood magic : req: 10 death magic
11-22 cold dmg
+5 armor
1/2 casting time for blood magic spells (15%)
1/2 recharge time on blood magic (17%)
+1 blood magic when using skills (19%)

I thought that since all the mods relate to blood magic it may have some worth?
