Havent seen this on too many people, so i thought id post it. 1.5k
AL 70, no bonuses different from armor crafters in town. takes chitin and steel. Dyed red.
THe route i took is a bit longer then you need to go, but the endpoint is where you need to go.
start out south gate of marketplace

A pity it doesnt dye that well... Still its a nice armor, especially because almost no one has it.
You took a bit of a long way to the crafter, if you go right when you leave the city you will get there much faster.

Scratch those questions 
by looking at your map and your instructions on finding him I thought he was at the endpoint where you stopped on your map. He was significantly more south than that for me.

The 15k looks nicer, but its too revealing for males. So its a no no for me.

ya i was running around like a crazy man in there. hes along the dock. cant miss him. Also, there is a path if you just hang right when you leave the city. cuts the distance in about half.
And to the guy i was going to help find this armorer yesterday, im really sorry dude. My factions key ran out...and im waiting for collector edition.
