Next mission after Convocation?

Where do i find the next mission to continue the storyline? I've gotten access to both cities but can't find the next quest.

Someone has to know. I'm totally stuck and can't progress as I can't find Mehnlo or the Master to continue and my quest log has no primary quest to let me continue down, outside of the 3 i picked up in the luxon town for luxon only stuff

I cant remember what the next mission is but theres a primary quest that takes you there. You should be able to get it frp, the place after the Boreas seabed mission

I remember being sent to that outpost and getting the option to visit each capital city from Jamie but can't find the next step

you need to get 10,000 of whatever faction.

Go to the Senzun tunnels from Maatu Keep, escort bunch of imperial guards (i suggest you clear the way first, since unlike Canthan guards, Imperial guards drop like flies to aflicted explosions). That will give you access to Sunjian District mission.
