Faction Rewards?

Mmm...

I didn't find this on forums yet. Does anyone have any ideas why Faction Rewards guys are mute and stand just still. In Preview Event we got chance to change Faction Points to crafting material.

Is this just temporary arrangement to force all faction points to be used to bump up your alliance standing or what.

I'm a little bit confused because I would really like to get material for 15k armours.

I've heard it was a bug and they're going to fix it.
