Pc on Miki's Staff

i have a new green item Miki's staff, just wondering if anyone else has seen it and how much it is worth?
energy +5
lightning dam 8-13(req5 channeling magic)
halves casting time of spells (5%)
halves skill recharge of spells (5%)
health + 10
armour + 5

I have it too, I doubt it's worth all that much unless you find someone just wanting a green or a vanity skin. Stats are SOOO low.
