Err, the end of the game one requires 400 Iron, 40 Steel and 15k a piece... No clue about Kurzick's or Luxon versions but they require Amber

What determines the material needed is the stats of the armor.
I'm not sure what are the material needed for the 15K sentinel stats.
But here are the 3 different 15K warrior armor that you can choose.
Once you pick the one you like then you can craft any stats you want.
15K Luxon from the Hatchery
I cannot remember the exact name.
15K Kurzick from Vasberg Armory
End game Canthan from the End Game mission
You have to redo the mission if you want to buy it after getting all the material needed.
These are not mine, credits go to people that got them.

This is found in the Vasberg Armory and its Kurzick
Here is the none 15k version.

Check the main page of Guru, you will find a full map of Cantha.
Vasberg Armory is way down south in the Kurzick territory.
The only way to get to it is by doing a mission if I remember correctly (thats how we got to it during the FPE)
