'Befriending Luxons/Kurzicks'?

I'm just cruising through the storyline, and I noticed that I automatically got assigned to the Kurzicks. So I asked my guild, and they say I there is a 'Befriending Luxons/Kurzicks' quest somewhere after a mission given by Master Togo or Mhenlo, I never got that quest, can anyone confirm this? I pretty sure I never encounted any 'Befriending' quest. So this means my storyline is set to the Kurzicks? If so, I'm totally freakin' screwed, cause I hate them.

If you mean the Arborstone mission in Kurzik area, that is normal. You'll do a mission at Luxon area after that, then another mission back at the City, and then given the choise to choose a side.

Woot! Thanks for the quick reply! And yes, I'm at the Arborstone mission :P. This is a real life-saver, gotta love you Kaguya!

Even IF your guild/alliance chooses Luxon or Kurzick and you'd rather play the other side, you are still able to adventure and quest in the other lands. The only thing you need to do is either bribe or kill res shrine guards.

Can you get armors from one side if you're ally'ed with another?

To get to this mission, do I stick with the Primary Quests in my quest log or go through all the actual missions? I would REALLY like to know this please. I am currently on a temple quest which lead to the tunnels, am I in the right direction?
