Since those skills are considered life stealing and not actually healing, I don't think they trigger Scourge Healing. I could be wrong though.

Nope. You'll just have to cripple and run away from those overpowered R/N's now. Or use diversion...twice. Good luck with that. You'll probably be dead by the time diversion is recharged.
