Ok. Here is first PvP build I designed

Skills:
Meteor/Flare
Fireball
Rotgort's Invocation
Phoenix
Elemental Attunement [E]
Fire Attunement
Aura of Restoration
Rez Sig

Attributes:
Just give all to Fire Magic and Energy Storage

Weapon:
Well, Staff with +20% Enchants would be nice.

How to use it:
It's very simple. You are using Elemental Attunement, than Fire Attunement and than cover it with Aura of Restoration. The trick is to keep Elemental and Fire Att up. In that way your mana degeneration will be very very small :P You can just spam other skills.

It may look too simple, but it works
I'm open to sugestions to make this build better (or just tell me if it suck :P)

You have (very roughly) 200 energy or so per minute to spend on fire spells with that build. So you could swap in something with a faster recharge for Meteor -- Immolate, Incendiary Bonds, even Flare. Aura of Restoration is a lot of self-heal because of all the energy (can easily exceed 600 points per minute), and serves as a cover enchantment for the Attunements.

In most groups, making room for rez might be nice.

Bottom line -- unless the disruption aspect is really important in a particular area, I'd substitute other things for Meteor and Meteor Shower.

Thx Francis
About Aura of Restoration and Meteor Shower you ware absolutely right.
But about Meteor... I don't know :P
When you use it not too much it can deal good damage and interrupt.

Welcome!

But I just saw another problem -- that's a much better build for PvE than PvP, because Fire Magic works better where there are bigger mobs to catch with AoE damage.

I guess I overlooked before that you mentioned PvP.

If you really want to use Fire in PvP, at least make room for Immolate. I'd even consider Arcane Echoing it.
