Skill Points and armor in Factions

Couple of questions :

As we all know, during our days in Tyria, we could get our skills from doing various quests without having to spend money through the trainers until the quests run out and only a certain set of skills could be obtained. Now the main question...

Are there ANY quests in Cantha that has skills linked into them so that we won't have to worry spending skill points and gold through a trainer to obtain skills that could be obtained later through quests? Some of us don't want to spend the money and skill points until much later, but that just doesn't seem like the case for Ritualist and Assassin from what I'm seeing so far. Has the system changed so that we're getting extra xp and money from completing quest/missions to go to the trainers? Does this mean we're going to have to spend the money on the 150ish+ skills through a trainer as a Ritualist and Assassin to obtain all the skills? Not that I'm mad, just want to make sure I'm not missing too much information as Factions is somewhat of a whole new game compaired to how it worked in the Prophecies campaign.

As for Ritualist armor : I was wondering if the Kuzick Emissary armor still exists in Factions. Havn't seen it since I've been inside the game. Might ask where to obtain it, still need to look around the forums a bit before I ask though, lol. Any advance information would be helpful.
