also tried lime green. brown, rusty, silver, white etc.. but gold just looked better, dunno.. was a fun afternoon spending the day waiting for Red dye @ trader (out of stock) and spending around 100k on the dyes

ye u have to beat the game... be sure to bring the materials, u cant buy them there. there isnt a storage either, so u hav eto go in with 400 iron and 40 steel and 75k

Armor is nice. But definitely just in base colour or dyed silver. Basically anything that makes it look like some sort of metal.

you have to redo the mission in order to get to the end-game place, u can only buy the greens 1 time, but armors u can buy whenever wherever. also u can capture "phoenix" birds as pets there, and u can buy +5 energy swords/bows/etc at weapon merchant

I saw someone really early who dyed thiers a jade green. Looked really nice and fit with the asian theme very nicely.
