I was hacked. (Not a begging thread.) PLEASE READ

Hello, I've been an avid player of Guild Wars for almost a year now,enjoying the game to the fullest. I was working my way to buy a set of 15k armor, when I logged on last night on my character "Mayella Ewell," to find out my character is currently located in Ascalon City. I haven't gone to Ascalon City after I uninstalled it...(Not weird to you, but my dad recently went on a game-deleting spree, so I had to re-download all GW locales)

The loading screen dissolve, and to my horror I discover my character naked with all my armor gone, my 20k in gold gone, almost my entire inventory gone, and my storage almost empty. In shock I wondered if it was my friend who may have done this to me the other day he was at my house, when I received a taunting message from the character "*name removed*", mocking me by saying, "Hey, at least you have inventory room." I pursued this by asking him if he had done so, and he told me to talk to another character by the name of "*name removed*." After waiting 10 minutes, "*name removed*" replied saying that he had used google to find me, and used a downloadable program to password-hack me. I continuously asked him what he did with my items, and he replied that he gave some to "Kilt Indehouse", autosold my armor, and sold some of my items.

Furiously, I threaten to ban them, which I still hope they do, (at least "*name removed*.") and they strangely give back a few of my Obsidion Keys. I demand that I get back what was rightfully mine, and they gradually give back a small portion of my items. After a while, they gave back some of my greens, but when I asked them for my Drago's Sundering Flatbow, they told me they had sold it for 20k. (WTF!!!) I told them that there IP's would be banned, and they claimed "we din think it was stealin."

This is an heinous crime to commit, and an even more unfair event to be victim to. I swear to you all that I didn't make this up, and I have screenshots to prove it. (Can somebody PLEASE teach me how to fit my screenshots on a picture hosting site?) I demand justice. I am willing to work my way back to my former wealth, but I want to make sure "*name removed*" and whatever program he used will never be employed again. If Arena-net doesn't ban these "*name removed*," I demand reimbursement for my losses from these two criminals.

I'm begging all of my fellow Guild Wars players, MAKE YOUR PASSWORDS SAFE!

I feel for you and understand that it must be very frustrating, but please do not post other users in game names without their consent (even if they are hackers).

The guy "Kilt Indehouse" told me it was okay, because he claims he only recieved the items. I reported it to A-Net already.
