Mission "bonuses"

what does each sword stand for when you complete a mission? it went by so fast i didn't get to read them.

The Bonuses are based on how fast you finish the missions.
For most its like 30+ gives standard. 25-30 (or 20-30) gives next, and 1-25 (1-20) gives the third sword.

Only that it isn't called "Bonus", but Expert's Reward and Master's Reward.

Hence why i put it in quotes. on to my next point. I like bonuses. It gave me something else to do. With this time based reward crap, it makes me want to rush.

the bonus system from tyria added something to the missions, it rewarded exploration, could be done with balanced parties etc. (well, later it rewarded being able to read the mission descriptions on guildwiki etc but that's beside the point)
the canthan system rewards rushing and nuking.
