I got a 16 def sheild of the wing but it has a req of 7 tactics?!?
is this possible and what is it worth. it blue and is just precious.

Yes, I think that it is possible for the shield to have req 7 tactics... I recently was farming and on one trip got a req 7 fellblade and the a req 7 shield... Since its blue, it wouldn't be able to sell for too much, but you might be able to get something for it...

Not rare at all, just be happy it's precious and sell to merchant.
