It's separate for the European/US/Korean/Taiwanese/Japanese servers. In Europe the record is at 715 - I was a member of that team, so I happen to know that very well.

It involves trapping monsters in a certain spot :P (No, not ranger traps, but getting them STUCK in one spot :P).
