WHat is an "Echo Nuker"?

I do not know and people keep asking me if I am one. How do I become one from my E/N? What skills do I need?

Echo Nuker's are mainely E/Me.

It use's mesmer's arcane echo and the elite echo to allow you to cast more of the same spell (like meteor shower) more then once in a row. You can also use ele's Glyph of Renawl.

Since the AOE change and monster's scatter, they fell from grace.

As I noticed, elementalists often say that they are "Echo nukers" or "Renewal nukers" or "E+R nukers" (/Echo+Renewal). First expression doesn't mean that you have to use both echos, one is OK. Third expression doesn't mean that you use Echo and Renewal, because it is impossible (both are elite). People just write it thinking about "Arcane Echo".

What's worth mentioning -> people aren't really interested if you use echo or renewal or both etc. Asking for echo nuker they just want an elementalist who will be able to cast a few meteor showers - how he will do it is not important for them.

IS this Glyph of Renewal expensive?

I'm not sure what you wanted to say but it isn't - as all glyphs, its cost is 5e.
