where do i put the access key to register factions?

i know its a dumb question but i couldn't find the section to add my access key and now my ritualist & assassin are useless unless someone can tell me where to put the key in

At the login screen (before you login) under the password there are 2 links
One of them should let you add a key to an account or create a new account.

Just add the key to your account and you should be fine.

yet another problem now it says my key is already in use or somethin so i can't get on still this is really pissing me off i bought it friday been playing the pre order days and now i can't do anything i posted a question on the plaync forum but who knows if they will ever get back to me with a answer i'm going to lose loads of play time because of this bs and my friend is gonna need my help when he gets it ! grrr
