Preorder

Ok i bought the preorder version of the game and got it working fine and was enjoying it. I then decided i would check out the preorder weapons. After typing /preorder (in a town) nothing happened. I tried multiple times in several different areas and still nothing. I emailed support and got a reply saying i was in the queue. 3 days later i got another email saying my question had been closed with no response....
So instead of waiting another 3 days for something that may not happen im trying here

To obtain preorder items you must have received a preorder key. This is not the same key as your Factions key. Both keys must be applied to the same account. You can verify this by logging in, going to the account/key management screen, and checking that both Factions and the preorder items are listed as applied to your account.

If the keys are correct then try creating a PvP character, the items should be in the character's inventory. If this succeeds and you still can't get the items on an existing character, destroy any other preorder items it might have in its inventory and then use /preorder again.

Well it seems i have to start bugging the company i bought it from. I deffinately bought the preorder version and payed the preorder price but i only got the 1 key...

This may be confusing, but there is a difference. I pre-ordered my Factions from GameStop, with a $5 down payment. They were out of the "pre-order boxes" at the time, thus I did not have a pre-order key. The pre-order box is what you need to get the items. If you pre-ordered Factions, and just got the game box, you will not have the extra items. However, I was able to go back to my GameStop and was given a pre-order box, I think 2 days before the release of Factions, since Gaile Gray had said stores received another shipment.

My advice: Call the store and tell them you pre-ordered the game, but did not receive a pre-order box when you received your actual Factions game box. If they have any left, you should get it for free.
