Anyone did this one... got it from that "horse" creature after doing 2nd mission (Factions), but I don't know how to finish it. There are no markers

While I may not know the specific quest you're on, there's a new forum here called Canthan Explorer's League.

They should be able to help you figure out that particular quest, if they havn't posted a how-to already.

Did you enter Zen Daijun through the mission outpost? Because you should be entering by talking to the gate guard standing next to the creature who gave you the quest (he had no ! over his head for me, but he was the one to talk to). Then the quest markers should appear.

Also if you couldn't enter the mission, someone in your party must not of completed the mission before, unabling you to enter into the quest.
