Problem for the Tyrians who want to be Master Cartographers and Canthan Protectors

I just wondered how the Tyrians could have all the Missions and Bonus completed, as well as 100% of the Canthan Map explored, as they don't have access to all of the Tutorial Island (which counts in the Map exploration as we could see during the head start event)...

they can't... which really sucks imo

but Canthans can't get Protector of Tyria and Tyrian Grandmaster Cartographer... so i guess it's fair

I got 90.0% of Chanta now. But I really cant find any more places to explore..


Hope there will be a change of the Island. But dont think it will...

Canthans can actually get all the map of Tyria as well as the Missions as they can explore all the map in reverse direction from Lion Arch...
So it's not fair, i don't agree...

They can go back to Ascalon while exploring, without any problem: from LA, they go to North Kryta Province, Scoundrel's Mouth, Griffin's Mouth, Deldrimor Bowl, and then Beacon's Perch. From there, they can go to Ice Tooth Cave in Anvil Rock, then, Iron Horse Mine and Yak's Bend. And from there, straigth to Ascalon without any problem.

was that a recent update that canthan characters cant join missions before LA? because a while back i did the great northern wall with a sin..

A few facts:

I have a Tyria Ranger with 100% Cathan AND Protector of Cathan.

- Tyria Characters can access all missions, including thoses on the starter island.

- You don't need all parts of Cathan to get 100%.
