Alright i know they exist somewhere at some crafter or collector but does anyone know where? I want to get one for my monk but have had no luck finding one so far and someone tried to sell me one under the pretence that "its too powerful and anet will be removing them from the game in the next update" so he was basically trying to scam me and sell it for some unreasonbly inflated price.

Also when i asked for a PC someone told me roughly 10k now and that Brohns is the same too cuz u can craft them in Factions. But when i was asking if anyone was selling a 20/20 or brohns and then told them i would pay 10k in whisper they all just laughed at me.

Im not sure if they can be crafted in factions, but one sold before factions for 100k+300 ecto (20/20). If there is no green, collectors, or crafters with these stats, expect them to retain a massive value. Brohns was 40k before factions, so they can probably be boughten for 20k atm.

There are 20/20 wands for ALL classes in factions. I hunted them down and have 20/20 curse and death for my necro.
20/20 wands are so nice with the 20/20 focus.

Bring a 20/20 wand from proph. to factions= scam noobs for 50k atleast.. I've seen it and I'm not on the larger island yet.. I'm a lazy quester.

You get it in snake dance or the arid sea look in the communty resources forum for collectors.
