Lost Primary Quest....

Ok.. i have a problem... I finished the first main mission Minister Cho's Estate and then went on to the next mission where you have to escort those guys to the next area. Problem is... one of them died and I lost the quest. It said to go back to another town to reset the quest.. but it didn't reset so I dropped the quest intending to restart it. Problem is... I can't find it again. I re-did the main mission... and no luck.. anyone else have this problem? Or any options for me? I'm very close to re-starting my character. Pleeaassee help me!!

I have exactly the same problem too.

I have visted all the towns again and retraced my path but noone can give me the primary quest again.

I cant access the 2nd mission town cos I need to be with the NPCs which wont talk to me anymore.

I abandoned the mission because it was pointing me to the 2nd town, which wont let me in. The NPCs dont talk to me and the mission said to bring them to the town.

Can anyone help?

Anet if you are reading, this quest needs fixing.

Gaile said to report it to support so the bugs in the quests and missions will be fixed asap.

Seems to be becoming quite common, happened to my brother even. Only solution I have found is remaking your character. :/

I'm not sure now you've abandoned the mission, but assuming you *don't*.

Simply go back to a town to reset. Then go to the village and talk to them again (specifically Su). She doesn't have an exclamation mark over her head (which is confusing) but once you talk to her, they will follow you again, so you can get into the 2nd mission.

I abondoned it cos I returned to Suu and they wouldnt talk to me.

I had the exact same problem, people thought I was crazy. Admin of GWG can't get off the starter island!!! Anyway, Tromador is correct. Go back to a town like Seitung Harbor. Then run to the village on the hillside. Speak with the 4 again and then just walk them over to the Zen guy.

See, at first I thought it was because I was trying to 'exploit' them. Oh look! 4 extra henchies to help me finish all the quests.

simply abandon the quest...then start it over

I couldn't abandon the quest. It didn't even list it in my Quest Log anymore. So that wasn't an option for me. It just disappeared and I couldn't advance it.

my problem exactly... i don't have the quest anymore... and I can't find where to get it either
