PLZ help

Ok i got factions n all and i put in the key when i originally preordered and i got the little booklet. Well it was letting me play factions all weekend so i figured maybe all i needed was the one from the preorder.

Well i tried to get on today and i cant get on because "I am not allowed to play factions and must enter the key" Which it said i had unlocked factions during the weekend though...

anyway so i try to click the manage access keys and i cant find a way to put a new one in. So i try putting in the factions CD's and those arent working either.... im out of ideas can somebody help?

Ok my understanding is this (and I'm sure more knowledgeable folk will correct me if I'm wrong!):

The pre-order key only lasted for the Head Start Event (which started last Thursday, and was extended until yesterday I think)

Now the Head Start Event has finished, in order to continue playing Factions content, you must enter the actual game key you get when your full copy arrives (not just the pre-order).

When you get an actual full retail key, you enter it by choosing this menu option I think:



You should then get the option to add a key to an existing account, and to merge the two.
