Are Celestial Shield's still worth much ? just found one, could use a PC

no factions PC's just yet

even with the above stated, single mod and high req wouldnt go for much if anything, but cool skin could warrent a few plat

found it in kryta (WG1) that's why I posted it didn't know it was a faction item (like in that post )
