Guild NPC's-Skill Trainer

Hey does anybody know if the skill trainer for guilds are like the "Ember Lite Camp" trainers? Or do they just gives skills according to your character level or what...100k is alot to find its there worthless....

Its not like Embers, and it isnt based on lvl either.
It Sells "Core" Skills.
"Core" skills are the skills that are shared through every campaign. Meaning some ch1 skills, and all of ch2 skills are unavialable.

Oh...well that kinda sucks..I personally think they should lower the price on that trader if its going to be only core skills..

The "optional" (aka. useless) services are all super high.
They made the ones you need in your guild hall relatively cheap, but the "just to show off" services cost a bundlew, whether useful or not.
