Machine Gunner build

Ok the other day a guildie mentioned making a "machine gunner" (me/e) using a combo of stone daggers and a high fast casting level anyone know anything bout this or if it is a good build at all and if its worth making a character for it?

It's a pretty bad build. You'll have to run dual attunement to keep your energy up and the dmg output isn't that great. However, it does have some good humor value as it's pretty funny to watch.
