Well, it just looks like a cutout with some flashy lights.

and blurry text.

lampshade summed it right up

I don't like how the text gets almost blotted out during the part of the clip where it's got a black background... but maybe that's because I'm colourblind.
All the same, you should outline the text with white.
And that's outlining the individual letters, not the word.
If the white shimmered between white and gray it would work with the cool blinky background.

Other than that, nice sig.
