Hey I was wondering if you have to buy all of your new skills now since we are getting 3-4k exp. for each quest.......or are there any quest out there that gives you skills........Please help me out, so i know if i should buy them or wait for those quests.........

The only quests that give you skills are those initial quests where you are training your primary and secondary profession. After you have declared your permanent secondary profession, there are no more quests for skills... You gotta buy them all.

That's not completely true, there are some "advanced training" quests with extra skills after you get your secondary profession. Talk to Instructor Ng (I think that's how he's called) to get them.
