This Mayham in the Market Quest, is there a route to that lead you from undercity to Kaineng without massive fights? I've been stuck there for 2 days now...

Whats the question here? i know that a few people have had difficulty finding guardsman Pei after meeting up with Master Togo and Mhenlo in Undercity.
Thats because the quest wasnt designed as clearly as most people would have liked. The way i did this was that after talking to Master Togo and Mhenlo, just warp back to marketplace.
Exit through Bukdek byway, and just keep going right and follow the arrow.
This should lead you to a second entrance into the Undercity to guardsman Pei.
