Will choosing a side affect mission availability?

If my guild decides to side with Kurzick, will I be able to do Luxon missions?

as far as i know, no, it doesnt affect. if you guild is allied with one side, it only means you COULD do the elite mission (if your alliance has control over the capital). the other missions are not affected me thinks
