searched the forum but didnt find anything adressing this subject.
its simple, i wanna know if the hornbows inherited 10% sundering is stackable with lets say a 20/20 sundering mod or if they have taken away the inherited 10% after the release of 20/20 mod?

yes, the AP from a sundering string will stack with a hornbow.

No no... not 30/30, the 10% is always... unless they nerfed that. the 20/20 means every 5th shot, while the bow has its own 10% always AP. I could be wrong and if they did nerf it, Ill be sellin my dragon horn bow.

now, if you are lucky. Horn + sunder + penetrating = 50% AP

Sundering shot pushes you past that, even.

So yes, 20% chance of getting 30% armor pen, 100% chance of getting 10% armor pen.
Sundering shot/Penetrating shot raises that.

AP = Armor Penetration
Sundering is just what GW called mods that have a 20/20 AP
Hornbows have a base 10% AP
