Both are on the Shing Jea island, the first one is in the outpost after Minister's Estate, second is in Seitung Harbor, but you need to do the 2nd mission first (Zen something).

Oh, and this should be posted in questions&answers, not in sardelac. <_<

If you aren't talking about Cantha, then one is in the Crystal Desert, and the other in the Southern Shiverpeaks.

Anyways, wrong forum, so I'm closing this because I can't move it. And this has been answered so many times that even if the search wasn't working someone could find it.
