Stuck with no quests or missions

Here is the situation after getting the urn/spear I left out towards the keep. "Sewers quest" Well on my way Menhlo/Togo were there and I talked with them. After that I mapped out to go with a guildie and hench to help. Well we left from the Keep and fought the Afflicted. After that it stated to turn in the quest. So I mapped to the emporer and now I have no primary/missions to do. I can not get into Sunjiang since the bridge is up...

Does anyone know what I can do to get in there since that is the next mission?

Go talk to the Emporer's Hand. He will give u the next Primary Quest.

This seems to be a minor bug (which I also experienced). After finishing up the quest you are speaking of by talking to the Emperor's Hand, he doesn't show the traditional "Exclamation Mark" above his head. If you map out and return, low and behold, there it is!

the minor bug starts after talking to mhenlo and togo outside of Maatu Keep.
They tell you to search undercity when infact to talk to the Emperor.
Then talk to the Emperor's Hand.
The Emperor's Hand quest (royal army thingy can't remember) is also pointing to the wrong place.

My tip, after getting that quest, zone to the Temple and start from there. It is easier there

Or start in maatu keep, the soldiers will appear near to where you zoned-in the map

I tried doing it two ways me and hench and it did not work.

However when I grouped with someone who had the quest and when they talked to him we portaled through. Other than that you can not enter into the city.
