Here's some screenshots I took with my platinum bow. It's a shocking 15-28 req 8 19<50% armor +7 vs. physical. Got it from a Forbidden Chest.

That's Leather Armor I believe. The skin is also used for the "Tyrian Armor" style you can craft in factions.

I found 3 bramble bows by farming the hell out of Pongmei Valley, I also got one near the place (I forget the name) where you do "Defend the Halcyon"(the giant fish boat) for the Luxons.

I have pictures of the bramble bows if anyone wants me to post them.

ok, well since this has been bumped, can I just ask - why are platinum and bramble things special? I mean, I know they look nice - my Mesmer has a Gold Platinum wand for Domination magic, it's just not max damage but it looks cool...I also have a Gold something bramble shortbow of somethingness....why are these two "brands" special/desirable?

i have a perfect gold crippling bramble hornbow of defense.... looks cool!

cant remember where it dropped but it was pretty much as soon as i started playing factions when it came out
