Your armor philosophy?

Hi all, just wondering what your new cantha armor is like!

After looking at the stats for both Cantha vs. Tyria, I have to say, if you're not even TRYING to wear Cantha armor, wth are you smoking?

The armor r0x0rs with my Canthan targe making it really complete.

Cantha armor leaves Tyrian armor in the dirt I suppose, though the question of Canthan Knight Boots remains in my head: is it global damage reduction like Tyrian Ascalon boots? [if not, I'm wearing mah old boots]

My final Canthan armor set is:

Collector's Executioner's Helm of Sup. Axe Mastery [wearing Tyrian, is there a Canthan Equivalent Collector? Where?]
Canthan Dreadnought Cuirass - 90 base armor?! > Sentinel, I like my offensive stats better than 13 str.
Canthan Berserker Leggings - more hp in my pants alongside my Sup. Vigor Rune! > ALL Tyrian Armor
Canthan knight Boots - is it global?
Canthan Stone Skin Gauntlets - sometimes I switch to hammer, but it still is quite effective as just an armor piece
Canthan Targe - see a pattern here? 10 tactics rules in PvE
Zealous Chaos Battle Axe of Fortitude - hopefully I can get one with +30 or more hp *forgot what max is* before Fortitude rune for pve and +15% dmg while in a Stance for PvP. I love the Chaos Axe. Still haven't found a Canthan Axe weapon skin that i like better than a glowing Axe...

What's your 'final' gear gonna be? I'm not that far into the game; maybe if we could see what all the armor sets looked like, there would be more opinions on whether people want to change armor sets or not...
I use a Glad's set from Droknar's. I need to see the stats and looks for the best Glad's set from Factions before I decide to change...

Canthan knight Boots - is it global? Well, the way it used to work Knight armor provided global damage reduction just like Ascalon did. However, it was caused by a bug, and may or may not have been fixed since. I've heard rumors going both ways.

I need to know this too. The setup I want is 15k Kurzick skin:
Duelist's Helm
Gladiator's Cuirass
Gladiator's Leggings
Legionnaire's boots
Either Knight, Legionnaire, or Dreadnought gloves, pending the damage reduction status

If global damage reduction is gone for good, it would make a lot more sense to go with Dreadnought or Legionnaire armor for my gauntlets for the extra armor.
