Crippling Shot is a Prophecy-only skill. You need to capture it from Tyria in Perdition Rock.

It's the most common R Elite in GvG. And for good reason, especially since we have now +5 energy mod on weapons and 33% crippling strings.

You don't need both chapters to enjoy PvP, yeah right. You can play OK but if you don't have access to skills like that, man, you're seriously limited...
