Crippling Shot {Elite} What Boss in faction?

Crippling Shot is a Prophecy-only skill. You need to capture it from Tyria in Perdition Rock. I didn't know that.
It's the most common R Elite in GvG. And for good reason, especially since we have now +5 energy mod on weapons and 33% crippling strings.

You don't need both chapters to enjoy PvP, yeah right. You can play OK but if you don't have access to skills like that, man, you're seriously limited...

Bleh... Pin Down and a different elite for Factions rangers then? 1sec recharge. That's all its strength.

Not to mention it's unblockable and unevadeable... Yea I was going to mention that. Handy in any number of situations.
