So my guild just joined the luxons today and I was looking to transfer some of my faction to our alliance. Naturally, I got up to the faction transfer NPC and see that no matter how hard I try, I the button stays gray and I can't transfer anything. I have already pledged allegiance, and I had 10k faction a little bit ago. Anyone know how this works?

Read the name the NPC reads out in the screenshot.
Read the name you typed in the bar.
