One game or two?

Both my sister and I would like to play Guild Wars Factions on our own laptops. Do we each need our own CD and access key to play or can we share one?

if you are willing to share character slots and play at different times one will do.

both at same require 2 accounts not merged

as long as it is installed on the pc all you need to play is the login to play as it is not tied to 1 pc

Nope you dont need the CD everytime, tho like the people say above you'll need two games for two different account keys. When you log in there are automatic downloads as the game is updated/changed

You just buy the game and the 'key' comes with it (like with most PC games now). You can only use this for one account tho as each key is unique. You can install the game as usual from the CD's but then dont need the CD's again coz any updates download automatically when you log in - you dont need to use the CD's again, unless want to play on a different PC. Hope that makes sense!

Here's another question: Do you think my sister can use the CD as well but use the "regional Access Key for American users for the Faction PVP weekend" instead of the key that came with it? I found that info at another website and that might work...

The Faction preview events (PvP and PvE) are both done and gone so you need the game to play now, no more trials.

remember to tear the edges off the key piece of paper and look inside...This took me 45 minutes to figure out :P
