I heard you can get this item or maybe similar ones. If this is true could someone tell me were to get them(what collector or crafter). TY because I need another similar Hod sword +5 energy weapon.

its a drop in factions (only factions i think, but i may be wrong) and also makable at pvp only level

They should be dropping anywhere now, per a recent update. Hmmm, or was that just for PvP, can't remember now...

They can be found as a random mod on dropped weapons, or you can craft an Energy +5 weapon of any type after you beat the game.
