is the factions CE edition same as pre order?

after anet said they were releasing a mini dragon for all factions CE edition owners i thought to myself i think i have that but wasn't sure so what i need to know
is factions CE edition same as the pre order edition with the pre order staff and daggers?

Well CE gives you better emotes along with a guide I think with some other goodies, and since Anet messed up on shipping CE's they are offering some other stuff along with a mini pet I'm not sure but what I am sure of is that all people who have had the game for 1 year get the mini pet.

Both the Standard Edition and Collectors Edition can be pre-ordered before April 28th (which is too late), they both yeild the bonus of Preorder Staff and Daggers.

If you've ordered before April 28th, you're in the pre-order club. After April 28th, there will not be any special daggers or staff.

The mini pet is a reward for anyone whose had an active character after one whole year (12 months), with or without the purchase of factions.

Collectors edition does add a mini pet dragon as an apology-reward for the extended delay beyond April 28th.

IF you buy retail in an area that does not have many shoppers, you may have an outlet with excess copies of the preorder box. I saw the EBgames here yesterday had 1 box left on the rack, and I assume they would give that out to the next person who purchases GWF.

Also it's not CE edition because CE stands for Collector's Edition. You wouldn't go around saying Collectior's Edition Edition, would you? Never mind.

so since i have the pre order package wich i got the weapons from does that mean im going to get the mini pet too??

No.. Preorder package mean u preorder a Faction game CD.

U have to buy a Collector Edition package to get a dragon.. instead of the Normal Edition...

So ask yourself.. did the package that u bought contain a Music Key, backup dancers for ritualists / assassin , or mousepad, etc...

If any of ur answer is no, it probably means that u have the normal edition.

all i got with mine was the pre order daggers and staffs i don't think i got anything else i didnt care about anything but the weapons lol.

Did you pre-order the Collector's Edition? You'll only get the CE minature if you buy a CE copy of Faction's. If you use a normal Faction's key, you wil not get the CE minature, even if you have the pre-order key.
