Since the search function is not working and I have looked on Xennon's site for the location of this its all been aflicted monsters. Is there a quest I need to have or that I should not have before getting this elite for my necro?

I found out I had to get to another town and do it from there which I did not know. I found it finally. Thanks for the help.
