Do you have the latest drivers?

I can't seem to get a picture of it, when I take pics it coems out fine. I can describe it as shading the screen white. Everything just gets a bit whiter as if its glowy. As for drivers I do have the latest drivers. this is a brand new PC I just built so everything updated. Maybe I should try downgrading my drivers?

try the April DirectX Package from Microsoft
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en
and the Nvidia 81.98 drivers
http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_81.98.html
That's supposed to work for GeForce 6600 and 6800 cards

I also suggest lowering the Gamma. It usually causes a glow in Fullscreen.

It sounds like you have the Gamma setting up too high as El mentioned above. GW adjusts your gamma to the setting you specify when you enter full-screen mode and puts it back to normal in windowed mode.
To change it, open GW, press F11 and click the Advanced button, then adjust the Gamma slider until you're happy with it. (You should do all this in full-screen mode)

Lurid
If that doesn't help try editing your screen resolutions and make sure its not an isolated incident regarding the monitor itself.
