How far does heal party and aegis go?

as the title says, how far does heal party and aegis go?
Why am I asking this question? Well, heal party and aegis say every PARTY MEMBER gets this. So does that mean your party can be on the whole other side of the area and you can still heal them? If so, that'd help a bunch on running things. The monk can slap max healing prayers and then heal the runner as he goes.
Also, does Aegis count as part of the blessed signet thingy?
If so, the monk can just use it without any protect attributes because i lasts for 5 seconds then use blessed signet and then get energy.
But anyway, just if you guys know, how far do these things reach?

Nope, it goes as far as you can target them.
By this I mean hit "TAB" heal party and aegies will work untill you cannot select them.

its about your radar, and i think a little bit past it, so if you can see their dot on your radar you can ageis or heal party them

but no only maintained enchants work with blessed signet like life bond or mending, these also have a range of about your radar
