The req is 10. might be high, but not much.

With a new 20/20 sundering mod, it will be very nice. The price check is just for the stats at the moment. I plan to sell, but not with a 20/20 mod.

Since the item is from factions and they are difficult to pc at the moment. I personally reckon 150K for my own PC. Agreed or Not. Just say it.
