WTB Runic Axe

I am looking for the new skinned axe from factions called a Runic Axe. I had one but it dissapeared and I'm not sure what happened to it, so I wish to replace it.

Clean is fine. Max damage. Req 10 or less preferably 9.
Any damage over +50% health a bonus.
