The trader sells it for less than 3k if you're lucky and quick to buy. But since it's nearly always out of stock, I'd say you could sell for 5-8k. The one's that are near impossible to get now are the Critical Strikes Minor and Superior runes, so those are the ones selling for a lot. Everything else I've been able to buy from the trader myself, and so has a lot of people. Funny to see some people trying their luck at making unrealistic profit. (Buy at 2.9k and try to sell at 30k+)
