PC on Cruel Butterfly Knives

PC for my roommate. Daggers are still new, and the condition mods seem to be a wee bit more useful for Assassins.

7-17 Dmg. (Req. 10 Dagger Mastery)
+14% Dmg, Always
-5 Energy
Lengthens Deep Wound by 33%

Worth anything? (couple of opinions would be lovely!)

Less usefull for Assassins.. However, these are nice daggers worth between 20-60k IMO
Maybe it's a rare skin you could get more..
