Sure, just go to Random Arenas. You can farm all the assassins you want.

Yes, my lvl 11 'sin is able to farm Yetti and strange little rangers called Infinity Lad.

Seriously yes it is possible, just know when to run... Off-topic but have you noticed that yetis drop an inordinate amount of runes ? The ones in the Bluffs specifically.
