I get that when changing skills to quickly. Ill drag and drop some elite skill really fast, and the old one stays too. Can do it to my whole tool bar. Too bad it vanishes the minute I leave town.

I once did that with another skill and figured it was either a bug or the game lets me do that. Like have the skill twice, so I can do one while the other recharges. But it was just a bug or something I guess.

Unfortunately the only way to have a skill twice is if you get the copy skills in factions and prophecies.

i had a similar thing happen cept it was with two elite skills and quite easy to do take one elite skill and cap in s-bar then go cap an elite skill there ya go you got two elites on one bar but it goes back to normal when you enter town
