I cant join any guild.

I bought guild wars faction yesterday. First time i gott an invite i recived an error message when i tried to confirm joing the guild.I have tried with 3 diffrent characters and the other 2 only said that already was in a guild, witch i think is really weird.Today i even try to make my own guild just to recive a new error message.Iv pressed G to gett upp the guild status screen like 20 times but theres nothing there.I whould really appreciate some help on this, since it feels like a big loss in the game if i cant join a guild.

Can you post some screenies? If you are indeed in a guild, you should see your character name near a small brown square icon when you hit the "G" button and are on the leftmost tab. If you want to leave the guild, click the icon near your name, and there should be an option to do so. If this is not the case, and it is truely a glitch or error, you should submit the screenshots to support. You can find this through the guildwars.com website, or from the link in the login screen.

A guildie of mine had this problem too. When he wanted to join he got an error msg and couldnt after.

He was able to solve it by starting a guild of his own. When he tried doing that he got an error msg 'already in a guild' and I guess the database got sorted because he could join after that.

Yes i tried that several times.I says an undefined guild error was encountered.
Iv finnaly found the guild that the problems started with, and i wasent on there list. So im not in any guild that i know now. Iv tried to post the same trouble in Plaync support site, i have registerd an account there but when i press sumbit question button it says that i have to make an accuount. Is there something special about the site one has to do more then make an account?
